PACE Supply’s Water Heater Solutions division is growing rapidly, and we're excited to introduce a new position: Technical Support Specialist. As we continue to expand our market presence and build our brand as the go-to source for water heater products, we are addressing a key customer need—reliable, knowledgeable technical support.

This role was created in direct response to feedback from contractors and customers who struggle to get timely support from manufacturers and local reps. The Technical Support Specialist will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service, supporting both our internal teams and our valued customers.

• Taking technical calls from contractors directly, from outside sales, division and branches
• Monitoring emails for incoming service requests from contractors, division’s warranty team or PACE sales team members
• In-field consultation using technology to effectively communicate with plumbing technicians on the job
• Working all technical requests emails and calls through Zendesk platform until completion
• Providing installation and troubleshooting trainings with plumbing contractor companies and their technicians
• Internal trainings for PACE inside and outside sales associates for increased product knowledge
• Ongoing training on our water heating products, systems and how they operate
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

• 5 years or more as water heater technician
• Knowledge of residential & commercial plumbing systems.
• General Knowledge of Residental, Commercial, electric and Tankless water heaters
• General Knowledge of Plumbing products (Pipe, valves, pumps, ect.)
• Strong communication skills, (communicating with Contractors).
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
• Valid CA driving license
