Post job openings across job boards, social media, and internal platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Coordinate career fair logistics—including booth setup, promotional materials, and expense tracking.
Help maintain job descriptions, ensuring consistency, compliance, and timely distribution.
Enhance the candidate experience through timely communication, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
Conduct reference checks and assist with bulk communication like application acknowledgements or status updates.
Support recruiters and hiring managers by managing interview logistics (virtual and in-person).
Administer background checks, I-9 verifications, DOT and drug screenings, ensuring all hiring processes meet compliance standards.
Maintain accurate records in the ATS (iCIMS), resolving issues such as duplicates or outdated profiles.
Partner with HR Generalists and departments like Fleet to ensure all onboarding requirements are met.
Compile recruitment reports, including feedback summaries and open requisition updates.
Keep recruitment records organized, from interview notes to onboarding packets.
Manage distribution of onboarding materials and support ad hoc HR project needs.
Ensure consistent application of HR policies and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
Attend regular check-ins with your supervisor and help shape your own development plan.
Research and recommend best practices for improving recruitment workflows.
