We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Waterworks Leadership Team and oversee our Treatment Plant Group. Reporting to the Division Manager, this role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on our business by driving sales, managing high-profile mechanical, water, and wastewater treatment plant projects, and ensuring flawless execution from start to finish. The successful candidate will inspire and develop a talented team, strengthen customer and vendor relationships, and create strategies that fuel divisional growth and profitability. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives on building partnerships, delivering results, and shaping the future of our Waterworks division.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to deliver a high level of service, trust, and dependability.
• Gather and share market intelligence to support sales and operational strategies.
• Strengthen and expand partnerships with vendors to secure competitive pricing and product availability.
• Leverage vendor relationships to support divisional profitability and sales objectives.
• Partner with the Estimating Team to guide pricing strategies based on regional goals and market conditions.
• Oversee Project Managers to ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Actively participate in weekly sales meetings to review market pricing, vendor performance, bidding activity, account status, material requirements, and strategies for operational excellence.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 10+ years of experience in the Waterworks industry.

• Strong knowledge of waterworks materials, applications, and project execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.

• 15+ years of experience estimating mechanical and line work within the Waterworks industry.

• Proven ability to read and interpret plans and perform detailed plan take-offs.

• 5+ years of managerial or leadership experience.
