Minimum Work Experience and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
1–2 years of experience in HR, benefits administration, or customer service roles; familiarity with benefits processes (medical, dental, vision, life insurance) is a plus (training provided for intermediate knowledge).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic analytical skills.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
