PACE Supply is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dispatch Supervisor to join our team in Riverside, CA.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new location launch, helping to build processes, support a growing team, and play a key role in establishing a high-performing operation from the ground up. This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of delivery drivers to ensure timely deliveries, accurate scheduling, and exceptional customer service. • Schedule and sequence deliveries; assign routes, vehicles, and drivers
• Record and review key dispatch information, including departure times, destinations, products, and expected return times
• Oversee loading operations to ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met
• Maintain the Daily Delivery Schedule Board for driver visibility and efficiency
• Coordinate closely with sales staff to align delivery schedules with customer needs
• Supervise order pulling with a focus on auditing and shipping accurate customer orders
• Partner with management to ensure smooth shift transitions
• Monitor emails and ensure timely responses and task completion
• Inspect work areas to ensure safety compliance and overall facility cleanliness
• Guide and support drivers on workflow, daily activities, and customer interactions
• Foster a positive, cooperative work environment with customers, coworkers, and leadership
• Ensure all safety policies are followed, including proper incident and accident reporting
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance of the job would qualify.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid California driver’s license with a good driving record
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to provide clear instructions in one-on-one and small group settings
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Experience with inventory or management systems (MIS) preferred
• Basic knowledge of local geography to optimize delivery routes
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate across departments
• Must maintain attendance in accordance with company policy

Work Environment

Physical Requirements:

• The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50 lbs. regularly. This includes carrying, dragging, and walking with materials, as well as using a hand-truck.
• Prolonged periods of standing or sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

Environmental Conditions:

• The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
• Occasionally, the employee may be exposed to high, precarious places and vibration.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
