PACE Supply is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our North Bay sales team, supporting the Santa Rosa, Ukiah, Napa, and Marin markets.

In this role, you’ll lead and develop a team of Account Managers while driving profitable sales growth throughout the region. You’ll work closely with customers, branches, sales leadership, divisions, and vendor partners to identify opportunities, grow market share, develop new business, and strengthen existing customer relationships.

This is a hands-on sales leadership position. We’re looking for someone who can coach and develop people, understand the market, create clear sales priorities, and turn strategy into execution. You’ll have the opportunity to directly influence the growth of the North Bay region while building a high-performing, accountable sales team.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to drive profitable sales growth.
• Establish clear regional sales priorities and hold the team accountable for execution and results.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, field rides, customer visits, and sales meetings.
• Develop strategies to grow existing customers, win new accounts, and expand market share.
• Monitor sales, gross profit, pipelines, quote activity, pricing, and market trends to identify opportunities and performance gaps.
• Maintain relationships with strategic customers and support Account Managers on major opportunities and competitive situations.
• Partner with Branch Managers, divisions, and vendor partners to develop customer and product opportunities.
• Maintain pricing discipline while balancing market competitiveness and profitability.
• Stay informed on competitors, customer trends, construction activity, major projects, and changing market conditions.
• Recruit, develop, and retain strong sales talent while helping build future leaders within PACE Supply.

• High school diploma or equivalent required. An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous sales management, team leadership, or demonstrated sales leadership experience.
• Experience in wholesale distribution, plumbing, HVAC, construction, or a related industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of outside sales, account management, business development, pricing, gross profit, and negotiation.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold sales professionals accountable.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and turn information into clear actions and priorities.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with customers and across multiple levels of an organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly throughout the North Bay region.
